I'm a self- taught, home-based cook, and I have always found myself wishing, when a dish turns out particularly well, that I could share it with more number of people. Since many of these things are not done painstakingly anymore, but simply through a shortcut, we find ourselves sacrificing authenticity and taste. I like to recreate the tastes and smells of things eaten long back. My husband and children have been willing partners in all my experiments,and to them I dedicate my achievements.
