I specialise in healthy vegetarian food - both traditional and everyday dishes. Whether it's pickles, masalas, sambar/rasam or curries you'd like, I'm sure you'll love the food! I'd also love to help you out on a regular basis if it's a homemade dinner every night that you crave. Three idlis with sambar and chutney will be filling for dinner. Chutney may be onion/coconut/pudhina + coriander/groundnut. Sambar will be made with any vegetable.
Kambu dosai is a healthy traditional dish. The dosais will be of fairly large size. Chutney will be slightly tangy and may be made with onion and tomato. This homemade chutney goes very well with the kambu dosai.

3 chapathis of regular size, which will be quite sufficient for dinner for 1 adult. Side dish may be vegetable kurma/channa/dal/potato masal/rajma. Masala will be mild. All vegetarian.
3 home size dosais, which will be more than sufficient for dinner for one person. Chutney may be onion/coconut/pudhina + coriander/groundnut. Podi will be idli molagai podi. All vegetarian.
