I am a food fanatic & love to feed people & experiment with new delectable dishes. My main specialty is in Bengali cuisine. I can prepare authentic elaborate Bengali dishes like Chhanar Dalna ( cottage cheese ball curry),Dhokar Dalna ( lentil cakes curry),Lau Chingri (Bottle gourd with prawns) & many more.
