Ragi Mudde which is commonly known as Ragi Sangati in Telugu is made in our home freshly . We use the good quality of rice and Ragi powder which is done naturally at home with our hands. Upon the request of the customer we even add a side of chicken pulusu/ sambar addition to the Ragi Sangati. Along with oats this is one of the most nutritious food and one of the easy one to to digest. It is rich in calcium and protein and also have good amount of iron and other minerals. It is low in fat most of which are unsaturated fats. As any other grains out there it has its shade of good.
