I am a resident of Bangalore, had to relocate to chennai for job. I have severe thyroid problem (hypothyroidism), Doctor advised me to avoid hotel food. So was searching for a better caterer in Watscooking to order on monthly basis food for morning breakfast, lunch and dinner. Hence I got to know in Kottage Kraft in Santhoshpuram, which is near Medavakkam. Started ordering, its been a month since I had started buying from them. The food is awesome and I would rate them 5 for the service they are doing. Keep going Kottage Kraft!!!

They are no way close to a cook in the first place...first of all they deliver real late,past meal time even if u order days ahead...then their biriyani was indeed masala rice with hard chicken pieces...no taste at all watsoever...chicken 65...omg..worst...fish gravy dint have fish pieces...dont kno how these ppl have the courage to call themselves homecook...all the more...customers gut is put to test...

I had ordered Lunch with this service provider for a group getogether,which spoiled the entire getogether experience. For the pricing on higher side, the quantity was too less. the masala didnt cook properly and Raw. Vegetables were not cooked fully in veg dishes. When asked about the quality and felt like returning back the food, we got a harsh reply and abusing us for ordering with them. On the whole , spoiled our Lunch day.

Please donot go for this delivery service. this is the worst food I have ever eaten. A normal roatu kadai is better than their so called home food.
