I am setting this up for my mom because although me being being a very hard core non vegetarian, i will give up any non veg food for stuff that my mom makes at home. My mom specializes is Chole, Rajma, Pakoda Kadhi and for that matter any vegetarian fare that North India has to offer. This is only because i know what it means when you don't get home cooked food. So if anyone is craving for food of the Uttaranchal, my mom is the one to go to... I do....
