Matar Chaat Parantha was a result of an experiment by me. It is a filling meal for any person & it tastes neither too spicy nor too sweet. This parantha is stuffed with matar chaat & many other home-made spices along with a tamarind flavoured home-made chutney. (Dhaniya chutney is also available)
