I am passionate about continental desserts and enjoy experimenting with new desserts and improvising on an ongoing basis ever since I started baking couple of decades ago. I am also into Cake Art where the Cake must be as visually striking as it is appealing to the palate. The complete process, from choice of ingredients to measuring,mixing, baking and decorating, is all handled by Me personally and the recipes themselves have evolved from my experience.
