Orzoov is run by a mother and daughter duo who have been known in their family and friend circle for cooking scrumptious Kashmiri cuisine. This duo is not just expert in cooking Kashmiri but also other Indian lip-smacking north Indian delicacies. Their passion for cooking and serving their guests is so strong that calling over 100 plus people and serving them without any external help is never a challenge. Chef Sarla has been enjoying cooking for over 40 years now and is known for experimenting with different Kashmiri authentic spices and yet preserving the age old Kashmiri recipes. Chef Monia has been enjoying this art for over 12 years now. For her cooking and serving is a wonderful medium to spread happiness. Being a Kashmiri and raised in this culture the art of cooking Kashmiri food comes naturally to her.
