We thought it\'s best to skip butter chicken and kadhai chicken. This is our mild take on the pepper chicken fry from our favorite region in the South- Chettinad. Boneless chicken preparation served with potato varuval, wheat parantha, rice payasam, papad, pickle and salad.
Marinated in our in-house soy and honey dressing, this grilled tofu with corn kernels and roasted bell pepper in multigrain bread, is served with potato wedges and homemade herbed toum.
They gave us croissant and we made it a croissandwich. Stuffed with grilled chicken ham on a bed of fresh arugula and cheese. Served with homemade herbed mayonnaise and potato wedges because nothing is complete without potatoes.
